Welcome to Building Bridges
At Building Bridges, our mission is simple: to empower each family and every child with the support they need to thrive. We’re by your side, celebrating every success and navigating every challenge together. With evidence-based strategies, we help create meaningful growth, happiness, and potential for every child.
Our Values
Love, Acceptance & Validation
We foster an environment of acceptance, where each child’s uniqueness is celebrated, and families feel empowered on their journey. We nurture students’ love of learning, honor families with compassion and support, and value our staff’s contributions and skills.
Humour
We embrace joy and resilience, building connections through shared laughter and mutual respect. Strong relationships with children and families create a foundation of trust, promoting growth, learning, and a supportive community.
Wellbeing
We see the whole child and value the well-being of every family and team member. We support development of mind, body, and spirit and provide an environment where it’s okay to be human and make mistakes. We ensure support is there to provide assistance and improve mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.

Curiosity
We meet each child with openness and wonder, following their lead to create engaging experiences. Through curiosity, we discover what motivates each child, adapt our methods, and use self-reflection to make learning more meaningful.
Belonging
We’re dedicated to creating a welcoming space where every child and family feels valued. By embracing diversity, we form strong community bonds with families, schools, and support networks, ensuring each child has a place to thrive.
"Before working with Claire we were struggling with Jesse being settled at school, lack of focus and challenging behaviours, including self injurious behaviours.
After my child started working with Claire he has been able to settle into preschool and his teachers are more confident with him. Those around him understand his cues and needs, so his frustrated behaviours are now rare. As a family we feel like we understand Jesse better and overall Jesse is much more settled.
Claire has been an amazing support for Jesse both at home and especially at preschool, we are beyond grateful she is a part of his tribe!"
